CARTE BLANCHE -  $595.00 (or 2 payments of $300)
Allows students to take unlimited technique classes 
in their level and below at the 8 class rate. 

Saturday Pre Dance and Beginner Dance classes will meet for 
8 weeks and consist of one hour classes. The cost is 2 payments of $85.50.

To Register
  1. Select the registration tab on the main page or (select classes to view entire schedule)
  2. Current ADC families can log in ( new families must enroll )
  3. Update your family information, e-mail address and select to receive emails. We will send out important information and emergency closings via the email system. 
  4. Add new family members if applicable.
  5. Choose your classes, additional classes can be added at anytime. Move cursor onto class name     for a class descrpition.
  6. Enter your credit card information and select to enroll in the recurring payment plan. Tuition will be automatically calculated to the 2 payment plan and will include any applicable fees. Make your first payment, the second payment will be automatically deducted from your credit card on July 15th.  Cash payments and other payment options must be done in person at either ADC location.     (Having problems? e-mail us at americandancenter@att.net)
  7. Log in anytime under the registration tab. Enter your email address and password to gain access.  You can update family info, view balances and schedules and make additional payments. 
  8. Be sure to visit the website for updates on our News and Performance pages.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
2-Payment Plan: The first installment is made with registration. The second  installment will be deducted from your credit card on July 15th.  Any applicable registration fees will be charged to your first installment.

Full Payment Plan: Full summer payments can be made in person or select the make an additional payment option on-line. There is a $5 student discount for payment in full.
Discounts will be applied by the office.

Cash payments and registrations can be made at either Center location.

Returned check -    $25.00 fee
Late Payment -       $5.00 fee
Schedule change -  $5.00 fee after June 12th

  • There is a $25.00 registration fee.

  • Continuing students who register before June 12th can waive the registration fee and will only be charged a $5.00 service fee.


TUITION IS NON- REFUNDABLE. Makeup classes can be taken throughout the semester.

  • Plan to attend your first class unless otherwise notified

  • ALL STUDENTS WILL BE EVALUATED during the first 2 weeks of the session

  • Continuing students should register in their current class level for summer

  • Advancements will be made in the fall

  • Alternate classes will be recommended, if necessary

  • Schedules are subject to change. New classes are frequently added

  • LATE REGISTRATIONS are accepted where openings exist.


Dance Divisions

Todler Division:  (2 1/2 -3 years old) must be correct age by June 1, 2010.
Age-appropriate level emphasizing Music and Movement.This specialized program includes the basics of music, song & dance.
45 minute class / meets once a week  - 1 class rate (Orland Park Only)

Children's Division:
(4-7 years old) must be correct age by June 1, 2010
Age-appropriate levels emphasizing the joy of movement. This specialized program includes the basics of music, song & dance, and developing a good self-image.
45 minute classes / meets twice a week  - 2 class rate
Saturday class meets once a week for a 1 hour class..
June 19th - August 7th..

Ballet /Jazz  Combo:
(8-11 years old) Must be 8 by June 1, 2010
Develops a strong rhythmic and technical foundation for all styles of dance. Includes Ballet technique and Hip/Hop.
1 hour class / meets twice a week - 2 class rate
Dancers who completed Combo, Ballet 2 or Jazz 1 Should register for this class.
Junior Division Levels 3-4: A progressive program of ballet, demi-pointe, tap, hip-hop and jazz emphasizing versatility, style, and technique. 1 hour classes.

Teen/Adult Division Levels 1-4: Ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and ballroom for beginner and continuing students.
1 hour classes.

Intermediate/ Advanced Division: A comprehensive curriculum designed for the aspiring dancer. This professional level performing arts program includes classical ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, tap, modern, street funk, master classes and performance opportunities.

DRESS CODE POLICY

Children and Junior Division Ballet: Pink, white, or black leotards, pink or black tights, pink ballet shoes. Skirts optional. (No prints or tutus).

Junior Jazz: Solid colored leotards, shorts, jazz pants and ADC logo shirts. Levels 1-3 tan jazz shoes.

Teen and Adults: Shoes, tights, leotards, or workout attire of any color.

Men and Boys: Solid color t-shirts, ADC logo shirts, black sweat pants, tights, shorts or jazz pants. Appropriate shoes

DANCE CENTER BOUTIQUE

Dancewear purchases can be made throughout the year and during orientation week. There is a store at each location with a full line of leotards, tights, dance dresses, skirts and accessories. Our staff will guarantee proper fit and selection of shoes. Catalogue orders and group discounts are available to pom squads, dance groups, cheerleaders, skaters and gymnasts. We also have gift certificates and unique dance related items.
